We went to Herefords new skatepark which is one of the nicest parks i've seen in a long time. Unfortunately it was a nasty day for Dainton leaving with a smashed wrist and a week in hospital.

So Daints been away for a couple of weeks in Australia on tour so the Sunday Stooges have had to entertain themselves. The incredible David 'LT Meat' Millenship joined us on mine and Grims birthday celebrations saturday night and then went on to film a hollywood production on Sunday. Thanks to everyone for an amazing weekend.

My first time shooting a scooter in the studio, what a beautiful thing. Shooting scooters, bikes and cars is going to be a big part of what we'll be doing in the studio.
After looking at this I'm on the look for gettiit's made me want a scooter for the summer :-)

I took some photos of 'Jonny Reasons and the Ressurection' again which was good fun as always I wanted try something different so used Chromakey green screen, each person in his shot was shot individually on a green screen and then put together afterwards. It was a massive learning curve and is gunna bring some exciting ideas to the studio shoots.

The Society Convention 2009 (SWPP)

Hye everyone
I took some time out to go and learn more about photography and share a some of my knowledge at The 'Societys' convention up in the Novotel Hotel in Hammersmith, London.
It's Europes largest photography convention and It lived up to it's name. I can't express how good it was.
I met so many nice people and filled my mind with more information than ever.
I was lucky enough to stay in the hotel for the whole and even presented a 2 hour presentation with a live photoshoot on the saturday morning with my good friend and ex colleage Jon Jenkins.
My side of the presentation was about 'Extreme Wedding Photography' which is the joke that turned serious, well semi serious I don't you can take it/me to serious :-)
jokes aside it was awesome around 60 people turned up to see us which was wicked considering it was at 8am.
Jon's side of the talk was about destroying the myths of wedding photography and also how we work as a team.
I had a really good time and it's got me buzzing for the year to come.

We got told off for using this red wall as a back ground and after about ten minutes my betteries wouldn't work in the cold, so we had to right it off. The last couple of months have been wicked, we've done so much stuff over here. Daints been back for the week and we've started building the green screen. it's gunna be huge :-)

Spencer (the man behind alot of the work) has gone in the Marines now, good luck Spence and thanks for all your good work.

So stoked right now, not much longer and we'll be rocking the lights, camera, action!!!

Excuse the poor quality I thought the little compact camera was much better than this, any way never mind.

The walls finished and the desk tops are fitted in the office.

We've had some good fun over the last couple days, the flooring is coming along good and I've got some new skills to fall back on, haha yeah right I'm the dogs body that does what he's told and makes tea for the boys haha.

We've had a busy few days over at the studio, things are moving along nicely.

Even I got my hands dirty an enjoyed pretending to be a builder.

We had the joys of 'Porno Pauls' entertainment all day which is always good fun, although he did manage to sleep through severe drilling which amazed me.

Thanks to Spencer, Little Lee and his mate for being work demons, I can't keep up....

Hello my good friends.

I've been very busy over the recent months planning the making of a studio with Dainton we have been toying with the idea for a while and decided it just had to be done.

After a good few months of planning and looking for a suitable building for the studio we have finally moved in.

A few things that will feature are a huge green screen with drive in access for shooting cars.

Very exciting times, we've got a good few weeks ahead of us fitting it out.

Keep ya eyes peeled here for regular updates on the progress.

Here are some more photo's from the KC photo shoot last week. Had a really cool day with blagging ourselves into a cash & carry a bowling alley's arcade.

We also stopped by Tredegar House which we were later told by a council man that we shouldn't be photographing the building as it is copy righted. It's a good job I didn't care and thought that it was ridiculous. :-)

Any way enough babbling, Thanks to KC for a fun shoot, the people at Macros and the Bowling alley...

It's been a while since I've posted anything up, I've been pretty busy over the last couple of weeks and have been fully neglecting my blog and website.

I've got loads of stuff to come in the near future and have been working on some Photo's for the new 'Killcity' website lauch that should be up and running for next month.

Hey!

I just payed a visit to Route One in Cardiff to see some of my photos published on the front cover of the catalog and used through out the shop and in the window for advertising, they put my name on them all to which is amazing!

The photos were from a commission I had just before Christmas for Daintons new pro shoe on Etnies.

Really pleased with the outcome from this, they have been used in a fair few magazines to.

I've had a busy week, had three really good shoots and have been editing pretty much all day today.

Anyway 'The Sweet an Tender Hooligans' you gotta check um out, really good hip hop group from South Wales. My friend Deemo on the decks an busting the beats out and Louis Boston laying down the rhymes.

Had a laugh on this one and had a little telling off by the police for having a knife, they seen us on CCTV and thought we were 'Heavy' so had to check out the dealo. haha!
I wish i got them to pose in the photo now. Could have done a shot like this but with the backs of the coppers heads in the foreground.

Bilbao March 08

Here are a few snap shots from last weekends skatetrip in Bilbao, Basque Country, didn't get to into the photography on this trip just wanted to have a skate and a break from it all...

Had an amazing time, hooked up with aload of the Rom Boys for a three day shread in some of the sickest pools i've ever seen.

Thanks to Ally for the invite and the heavy drive up to Stanstead Airport, Thanks to Grim for the good laughs (as allways) and thanks to the Rom lot for being so cool. looking forward to the Rom birthday jam and hopefully another trip back to Basque Country in the near future...

New York Leap Year

Went over to New York for my Leap Year Birthday, as it only comes around every four years we thought we would have some fun in the big apple.
The odds are pretty mad any way but the fact that my dad was also born on the 29th is crazy.
New York is an incredable place, had an amazing time there even though I had to wear two pairs of jeans because of the cold.
